Last week my garbage container wasn't picked up, I called just to ask what happened and the customer rep Mayra made it a big issue. She told me multiple times it was serviced in the morning and we filled it up by the afternoon. I have a commercial container and had trash from the days before. She said they had checked the truck cameras and it was serviced, when i know it wasn't. I have 4 cameras in the front, 1 even points to the area where the trash container is placed ,at least 1 would of caught the garbage truck and of course didn't because they never did. Today again trash was not picked up. Another thing, they are working on the sewer system because they got backed up and the manhole have been left often. The smell is nasty outside and is getting into my home and vehicles. Don't know when they will finish.
They switched to a new payment vendor recently. Ever since, I stopped receiving my statements, I've used alternate emails, and still the issue continues. I've called and reported the issue and no one cared. Now I get delinquent letters, but impossible to pay if the statements are not available. Poorly managed company.

I honestly didn't know they hire people who are disabled. I found a truck parked in the disabled parking.
Given their legal requirements, this group is the most accommodating governmental entity in El Paso.
I was trying to get a hold of a representative and they keep hanging my call.
